1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The software cannot be installed or launched on your device
- The software has a critical defect that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time
Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You no longer wish to use the software for personal reasons unrelated to software quality
- Refund requested after extensive use of the software
- Account terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon approval, the subscription will be terminated immediately and no further charges will apply.
4. Lifetime License Refunds
Lifetime licenses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon approval, the license will be revoked immediately.
