Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Unconditional Refund

Pro subscriptions (including the initial payment and each renewal) and lifetime purchases are eligible for an unconditional full refund within 14 calendar days of the relevant payment, regardless of usage. No reason is required.

After 14 days, refund requests are generally not accepted, except where otherwise required by law or Paddle's policies.

2. Membership After a Refund

Upon a successful refund, the associated membership and license are canceled immediately. Any subscription also ends, with no further renewals.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. You can cancel future renewals using the subscription management link in your payment confirmation email or paddle.net.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please email the following address with your order details and purchase email address. No reason for the refund is required:

We will handle your request within 3 business days; this is not the time it takes for funds to reach your account. For Paddle orders, Paddle handles refunds as the Merchant of Record, normally to the original payment method. Processing timelines follow Paddle’s Refund Policy, and the time funds reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
