PCB Auto Router (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") is an intelligent PCB auto-routing desktop application supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. The Software uses advanced AI algorithms to help electronics engineers quickly complete complex circuit board routing work.

2. User Eligibility

To use this service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have full legal capacity to accept these terms
• Provide true and accurate registration information

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 You need to register an account to use the full functionality of the Software.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.

5.2 PCB design files created by you using the Software belong to you.

5.3 We reserve all rights in the service not expressly granted to you.

6. Service Changes and Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

6.2 If you violate these terms, we have the right to terminate your account immediately.

6.3 You may delete your account and terminate use of the service at any time.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.

7.2 We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your specific needs, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7.3 PCB designs generated using the Software should be professionally verified before use. We are not responsible for any losses caused by using the Software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
